From paddock to plate, every decision we make is with our land, the environment and people in mind. We raise our animals with care and tread lightly on our land. Kōtare Station lamb and beef is a true single-farm product; a guarantee of traceability, safety and quality. Our animals are one hundred percent grass fed and raised without GMOs, hormones and antibiotics. We farm without glyphosate and organophosphate pesticides. Our animal welfare standards meet the highest criteria, shown through our Global Animal Partnership certification.
